The rooms was nice. The bathroom features a rainfall shower and two separate sinks. I appreciate the variety of shops and bistros very close.
The lift can only fit three people, it is very slow.

train station clean room comfortable bed
The hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon. This was really useful. The room was clean, and it was spacious enough for two people with luggage. The bed was quite comfortable too.
The elevator is small, it fits only three people.

clean room great breakfast helpful staff convenient location
The hotel room was clean. Breakfast was a great value. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the train station (it is less than a five-minute walk).
The hotel lacks coffee facilities in the rooms. Only paper cups were provided.
Service
9/10
The staff members speak English in addition to French. The 24-hour check-in was helpful because my train arrived late. The staff quickly brought a toothbrush when requested (that was kind).
Dining
9/10
The breakfast had pancakes with maple syrup (i enjoyed them!). There were croissants, ham, a couple of cheese types, yogurts, scrambled eggs, and fried bacon. Breakfasts are good without TOO many excesses.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is newly renovated. Rooms were cleaned daily. The shower had good pressure. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Location
10/10
The hotel is near the M1 metro station. There are good bus connections in the area. For example, bus 29 goes to the Saint Lazare train station. Shops are very close to the hotel.

excellent stay near gare de lyon
convenient location generous room helpful staff larger lift
the location was convenient! it was just across the street from the gare de lyon station. the room size seemed quite generous, especially for lodging in the area. i found the check-in process straightforward and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. i especially liked the larger lift, a definite plus compared to other hotels.
The sound isolation wasn't perfect, as i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.
